The leather feels good to me, and the stitching looks clean and sturdy. I’m no expert or anything, so maybe I’m overthinking it, but it really does seem like someone put care into making it.

I got a Jacaru hat mainly for walking the dog, and it’s been solid. It’s handled windy days and light rain better than I expected, and the water mostly just beads off. How good is that?? It dries quickly too, which is a bonus. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect if you’re stuck in really heavy rain, but for normal everyday weather it definitely does the job. Easy 4 stars from me

Overall it’s a good fit, but it does run a little big. I ordered my usual size and it was mostly okay, though I kind of feel like the sizing info made it seem like it would be more exact than it was

I ordered a hat from Jacaru, but the size wasn’t quite right so I needed to exchange it. Overall, the return process did work out, but it felt a bit slow and I had to follow up myself after waiting a few days for replies. The new size arrived without any issues, so I can’t really complain too much. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as quick or smooth as I would’ve liked.

Customer service was fine overall, but the replies were slow. They did fix my issue in the end, I just felt like I had to follow up a couple times haha.

I actually liked the hats, but the shipping cost was way too much for just one order. Like, the hats were nice, but then the delivery fee popped up and I was sitting there like, make it make sense. It almost made the whole purchase feel not worth it. I really wish they had cheaper shipping options.

I ordered a hat from Jacaru and, i was underwhelmed when it arrived. It looks fine from a distance, but for the price I expected the finishing to be cleaner and the whole thing to feel a bit sturdier. It’s one of those purchases where you keep looking at it thinking, “Wait, this is what I paid for?”

Shipping wasn’t cheap either, so by the time everything was added up, it just felt like poor value. What annoyed me more was how easy it seems for companies to hide behind little policy loopholes, like shipping and return conditions, so the customer ends up eating the extra cost either way. I wouldn’t buy from them again unless there was a seriously good sale...

I really like this hat. The style and color are nice, and it just looks good on me honestly. It feels a little different from my usual hats, but in a good way.

I bought a Jacaru hat mainly for walks and messing around in the yard, since I burn way too easily if I’m out for more than about five minutes.
So far it’s been really good. The brim gives decent shade over my face and neck, and I thought it might feel a bit hot, actually no, it’s been comfortable even on sunnier days. The fit was pretty much spot on too.
Delivery was fine, nothing dramatic, and the hat feels like it should hold up well. I’m happy with it and would buy from jacaru.com again.

I was relieved they had everything I needed in stock. I hate showing up somewhere and finding out half the stuff is missing, so it was nice not to lose time running around to other stores.
